Who provides your account
PlentyField is operated by Zefiro Renewables LLC, 6969 Jermann Ct., Sparks, NV 89436, USA. Contact operations@plentyfield.com for account, legal or privacy questions. These Terms govern your individual access to and use of the PlentyField account and workspace service.
Your account and access
Provide accurate identity information, protect your sign-in credentials and report lost access or suspected misuse promptly. Use only workspaces and property records you are authorized to access. Do not share another person’s sign-in credentials or attempt to bypass access restrictions.
A workspace administrator must have authority to invite colleagues and assign access to the relevant information. An invitation or administrator label does not by itself give legal authority to bind an organization or property owner.
Information you provide
Only submit information and documents you are authorized to share. Provide materially accurate information to the best of your knowledge, identify estimates and unknowns, and correct material errors promptly. Remove unnecessary personal, banking and account details from uploaded documents.
What account creation does—and does not—do
Creating an account or joining a workspace does not accept commercial obligations for an organization, approve a property, reserve electrical capacity, create a lease or earn an introduction fee. The Master Participation Agreement is reviewed and recorded separately for the appropriate participant and version. Each property also requires its own authority confirmation.
Property evaluation, eligible paid introductions and any site hosting contract remain subject to their applicable agreements. These account Terms do not amend or replace an already accepted Master Participation Agreement or a separately signed site contract.
Service and records
Portal status reflects recorded progress and may change as facts emerge. Planned maintenance and interruptions may occur. Email notices supplement the portal record and are not a guarantee of delivery. Zefiro may restrict compromised, fraudulent or abusive access, with notice where practical, and will use reasonable care to protect the service and correct material errors.
The Privacy Notice explains how account, property and communication data are handled. Acknowledging that notice is not consent to unrelated marketing. We record the version of these Terms and the Privacy Notice you accept. If renewed acceptance is needed, the portal will identify the documents before asking you to continue.
