Who operates PlentyField

What is stored
We save the form details, uploaded files, submission time and your consent to be contacted. We also keep related email correspondence and supported attachments you send to the connected PlentyField mailbox, linked to the property where we can identify it. Documents are held in private Google Cloud storage and are available to the PlentyField operations team. They are not posted publicly. In the customer portal, files are also available to workspace members who have access to that property. An authorised PlentyField operator may share a property record with another verified workspace after checking authority and permission to disclose it.
Customer accounts and workspaces
If you use the PlentyField portal, Google Identity Platform verifies your sign-in. We store your account identifier, verified email, name, workspace membership, property assignments, saved claims, map pins, uploaded files, professional licensing and payee eligibility information, introduction decisions, contract-signing and payment records, and relevant activity. Agreement records include the exact accepted text, version, signer, stated capacity and acceptance time. A privacy notice acknowledgement is separate from permission to send marketing. By default, sign-in lasts for the browser session. If you select Keep me signed in, the authentication service stores sign-in state on that device until you sign out or the session is otherwise ended. Your saved properties remain in your account. Account acceptance records contain the user identifier, the exact Terms and Privacy Notice versions and text, and the acceptance time. Account acceptance does not provide consent to marketing emails.
A submission receipt may be sent to your verified account email through our connected operations mailbox. Replies arrive in that mailbox. Portal progress updates and documents are available in your workspace; email replies are not automatically displayed there. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting operations@plentyfield.com. Agreement and dispute records may need to be retained where applicable.
Quick-form saved drafts
A session key is stored in this browser so you can return to a saved draft for seven days. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to resume it. Use “Clear session” on the form when using a shared computer. Clearing the browser session does not delete information already saved on our servers. Seven days is the session access period, not an automatic deletion period.
Security checks
The form uses Google reCAPTCHA when submissions are open. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that security check.
Address suggestions
When address suggestions are enabled, what you type in the address field is sent to Google Maps to find matching locations. Selecting a suggestion fills editable form fields; please check them before continuing. We save the address you confirm as part of your submission, not a history of suggested places. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to its services. You can enter an address manually if suggestions are unavailable.
What to include
Only upload material you are authorized to share. Remove unrelated personal information, bank details and identity documents. Utility information and owner statements are reviewed as submitted claims; they are not automatically treated as verified capacity.
Questions or corrections
You can correct a draft before submitting. After submission, contact the team using the reply address in PlentyField's correspondence and include your submission reference. You may also request removal of submitted material through that channel.
