BROKERS AND SITE PARTNERS

Discuss a broker arrangement.

You represent an owner or want to discuss your role and commercial terms before sharing identifying details.

Role and commercial terms agreed individually in writing.

Start with your contact details and a brief site summary. You can leave out the site address and owner’s name.

Discuss an opportunity

An initial discussion does not establish an appointment or a right to compensation.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

A clear next step for each route.

Share what you know about space, power and fiber. We assess suitability and identify any missing information with you.

See what makes a suitable property
  • Registered introductions

We review the property and your introduction. Protection starts only with written site acceptance. Use your workspace to add documents and follow progress.

  • Broker enquiries

We review your summary and contact you to discuss the opportunity, your role and next steps. This starts a conversation; it does not register or reserve the property or create a workspace.

STANDARD PROGRAMME

Standard introduction programme terms

These terms describe the standard route. Separately agreed broker or site-partner arrangements are governed by their own written agreements.

Register to review the participation agreement
Success fee
$5,000Per eligible, accepted site—not per container or phase.
Protection
12 monthsStarting from written site acceptance.
Payment
Within 30 calendar daysOf the definitive, binding owner lease or hosting contract being signed and delivered by all required parties during protection.

Site identity, prior contacts, eligibility, licensing and the legally entitled payment recipient are checked before acceptance. Registration alone does not establish protection or a fee entitlement.

Existing accepted introductions retain their applicable agreement terms, including their original payment and protection rules.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you share an opportunity.

Practical answers for introducers, brokers and site partners.

I already represent the owner. Can we work together?

Yes. Start with a broker enquiry to discuss your role, how we would coordinate communication and any commercial arrangements. Appointment, scope and compensation require written agreement. The standard programme does not replace your existing owner–broker agreement.

Can we discuss a site anonymously first?

Yes. Share a general location, the opportunity and what you know about space, power and fiber, without identifying the site or owner. We still need your contact details to reply. Formal introduction acceptance requires sufficient site and owner information, permission and eligibility checks. An anonymous discussion does not reserve a site.

What if PlentyField already knows the property?

We review prior contacts and supporting evidence. A property already under active documented discussion does not qualify merely because it is submitted. Typing an address first does not establish priority. If you dispute a claim, contact us with supporting evidence; we review competing claims without improperly disclosing another participant’s confidential information.

What happens if assessment takes longer than the protection period?

Under the current standard programme, continuing assessment does not automatically extend protection. Contact us before expiry to discuss whether a separate written extension stating the new end date can be agreed. Existing accepted introductions keep the protection rules in their own agreement.

What is the introduction fee?

$5,000 for each eligible, accepted site under the new programme. One fee applies to the defined site, not to every container or phase. The final published agreement and written acceptance govern your entitlement.

When is a fee earned?

When the definitive, binding owner lease or hosting contract for the accepted site has been signed and delivered by all required parties during protection. Payment is due within 30 calendar days of that date. A preliminary discussion or non-binding letter of intent does not qualify. Installation and commercial operation are not additional payment milestones under the new terms.

What if someone else submits the same property?

We check the existing record and supporting evidence. The same defined site cannot have two accepted fee registrations. Priority depends on a valid accepted introduction, not just typing an address first. You can ask us to review a disputed claim.

Can the owner add details later?

Yes. With the appropriate authority and permission, the owner or manager can collaborate on the same property. Providing more information does not replace your accepted introduction.

Can I introduce a portfolio?

Yes. Start from our CSV template or upload an XLSX file, preview it and create drafts. Each property needs its actual owner and a genuine introduction. Each site has its own eligibility and acceptance review. Bulk uploading addresses does not reserve them.

Who can participate?

People and organisations with a genuine, permitted owner introduction. Unlicensed participation is available only where the particular activity and payment are legally permitted. Licensed professionals must follow their brokerage and disclosure rules, including payment through the responsible brokerage where required. Calling someone an introducer does not remove these requirements.

What does an introducer do?

Arrange an owner connection with permission and share basic property information. This programme does not authorise you to market or show property, negotiate rent or contract terms, advise on a transaction, collect funds or bind either party. Any separately licensed engagement needs its own approved scope.

The commercial terms above describe the introduction programme. Participation is governed by the published agreement you accept and your individual written site acceptance. Eligibility depends on the property location, activities and applicable licensing rules. Existing accepted introductions retain their own agreement terms.
