Reports & enquiries
Notice version library-2026-10-16-v1 · Effective 16 October 2026
What we collect
When you request a report, we record your name, email address, the report and edition requested, the request date, and your optional update preference. If you send an enquiry, we also record its topic and your message. Email ownership is not verified by these forms.
How we use it
We use this information to provide reports, keep a record of requests, respond to enquiries and manage relevant relationships. Optional updates are separate from report access. Requesting a report does not subscribe you automatically.
Storage and access
Records are held in PlentyField’s Google Cloud environment and accessed through its private operations application. Google Cloud and its security services process information on our behalf. We do not display your contact details publicly.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask us to stop updates, by emailing operations@plentyfield.com. We retain information only for as long as needed for the stated purposes and applicable obligations. Archiving an internal record is not the same as deleting personal information.
Security checks
The forms use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to help prevent abuse. Google’s privacy policy and terms apply to that service.

Cookies & browser storage
The public website uses browser storage and third-party services to support security and requested features. It does not currently use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Website notice
- We save your acknowledgement of this notice in this browser for six months. You can reopen it from the footer. No name or email is stored with this preference.
- Form security
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise checks report and enquiry forms for abuse and can set security cookies. Google’s privacy policy and terms apply.
- Property drafts and sign-in
- The quick property form uses a browser session key to resume a saved draft. The property portal manages authentication separately, including its “Keep me signed in” option. These features are explained in our Privacy Notice.
- Address suggestions
- Where enabled on a property form, Google Maps processes the address entered to provide suggestions. See the Privacy Notice for details.
Acknowledging this notice does not subscribe you to emails or accept an account agreement. Clearing browser storage removes the acknowledgement and it will appear again.
How you reached us
When you submit an enquiry, request a report or save a property, we may keep the referral website and a campaign label with that request. We keep the first known source separately from later visits. This is not a referral agreement or permission to send marketing emails.
This context uses temporary browser session storage for up to one day. We do not keep search terms, full referring URLs, personal query parameters or tracking identifiers, and it is not sent to an analytics service. A missing source is recorded as unknown.
