Submit only information and documents you are authorized to share. Submission and initial review carry no fee or obligation to proceed. Submitting does not create a lease, secure an offer or entitle you to a payment.

Paid introductions

The Introducer Programme requires published terms, eligibility checks and written acceptance of a defined introduction. Participation depends on the actual activity and applicable licensing and compensation rules. The website does not change an existing accepted agreement or create a fee by itself.

Examples and project information

Illustrations, rental calculations and timelines explain possible arrangements. They are not property valuations, forecasts, quotes or commitments. A project depends on technical feasibility, permissions and a separate signed agreement covering costs, responsibilities and commercial terms.
